By placing an order on calendoar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms Of Purchase. These terms govern all sales transactions, product orders, and financial agreements initiated between you (the customer) and calendoar.
Order Placement and Acceptance All orders submitted through our online storefront constitute an offer to purchase our products. calendoar reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion at any time prior to shipment. An order confirmation email sent after checkout signifies receipt of your request but does not constitute formal acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item, cancel orders due to inventory inaccuracies, or refuse service to any customer suspected of fraudulent purchasing behavior.
Pricing and Payment Structure All prices displayed on calendoar are denominated in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The total amount due at checkout will include the cost of the products and applicable shipping fees based on our policy: Standard Shipping for orders under $49.00 costs $5.99, orders equal to or exceeding $49.00 receive Free Shipping, and Expedited Shipping is available for $8.99. We accept major credit cards, secure online payment gateways, and authorized digital payment methods supported by Shopify. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
Product Specifications and Material Accuracy We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and dimensions of our curtains as accurately as possible. However, please note that display settings on computer monitors and mobile screens can vary significantly, and we cannot guarantee that the color representation on your screen will perfectly match the physical fabric. Slight variations in measurements (within a standard industry tolerance of 1 to 3 centimeters) are normal and do not constitute a product defect.
Order Cancelation and Address Corrections It is critical that you verify your address and item selection prior to finalizing your payment. Due to our fast fulfillment workflow, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order is submitted. If an error is identified, contact service@calendoar.com immediately. If the package has already been processed or dispatched, the customer must receive the order and utilize our designated return framework, routing the goods back to Bahnhofstraße 31, 07607, Germany at their own expense.
