How can I track my order once it has been shipped? Once your calendoar order has been processed and dispatched from our logistics center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email sent to the address provided during checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system after receiving the notification.

Standard Shipping: For orders valued between $0.00 and $49.00, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of $49.00 and above qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, you can opt for expedited shipping at a flat rate of $8.99 for any order size.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? We pride ourselves on fast order processing. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@calendoar.com. We can accommodate adjustments or cancellations only if the order has not yet entered our fulfillment pipeline. Once an order is processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be altered or recalled, and you will need to follow our standard return process upon delivery.

What is your return policy and where do I send returns? We accept returns and refunds for items in their original, unused condition within our specified return window. To initiate a return, you must contact service@calendoar.com to obtain authorization. All authorized return products must be shipped to our designated international return facility at the following address: Bahnhofstraße 31, 07607, Germany. Please note that unauthorized returns sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? We enforce strict quality control, but unexpected issues can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email service@calendoar.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs displaying the issue. We will review your claim immediately and arrange for a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
