Processing involves inventory verification, thorough quality inspection, tailor-packaging, and logistics sorting. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or national holidays. In the event of high order volumes or peak promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates and Shipping Methods We offer distinct shipping tiers tailored to your budget and urgency requirements. The shipping fees are systematically calculated at checkout based on the net value of your order:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00–$49.00): Orders falling within this price range are subject to a flat standard shipping fee of $5.99.

  • Free Shipping (Orders $49.00 and above): Any order with a total product value of $49.00 or more automatically qualifies for our complimentary Standard Shipping tier. No discount code is required.

  • Expedited Shipping: For customers who require accelerated delivery, we offer an Expedited Shipping option at a flat rate of $8.99, applicable to all orders regardless of the total cart value.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery windows depend heavily on the shipping method selected and the final destination. Standard Shipping generally takes 7 to 15 business days following dispatch, while Expedited Shipping reduces transit time to approximately 5 to 10 business days. Please note that these delivery windows are estimates provided by our partner carriers and are not absolute guarantees. Shipment Tracking and Delivery Confirmation Upon handover of your package to the courier service, an automated email containing your tracking details will be dispatched to your email address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a correct, complete, and safe shipping address is provided. calendoar is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer or packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments, please be advised that calendoar is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is rejected by the customer due to customs fees, the package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
