At calendoar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality of our curtains and window treatments. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not perfectly match your home decor or expectations. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Return Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your items must meet the following strict criteria:

The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery.

The curtains must be in their original, unwashed, unaltered, and unused condition.

The items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

Products that show signs of installation, pet hair, smoke odor, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
The Return Process To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at service@calendoar.com. Provide your order number, the specific items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and, upon approval, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as calendoar cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor can we be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit back to our facility. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (such as the $5.99 standard shipping for orders under $49.00 or the $8.99 expedited shipping fee) are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing Once your return package is received at our facility in Germany and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
